Solar Solutions and Systems

At JD Power we use only tier 1 solar products (as rated by Bloomberg). As an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) company we have the knowledge and expertise to advise businesses on the most appropriate system including grid-tied, off-grid or a hybrid solution.

We make it easy to switch to solar with no upfront investment necessary. We provide advice on the most suitable solar service agreement for your business, with many funding options to choose from.

Businesses, properties and schools have all embraced our solar solutions to join the global movement towards cleaner, more sustainable energy.

Our engineers will assess your energy needs and design and implement a solar solution that benefits your business in the following ways

Energy Savings
01
Less Dependence on Grid Electricity
02
Reduced Carbon Footprint
03

Energy Management

Grid Tied Solar System

A grid-tied solar panel system is simply a solar energy system that is connected to the electrical grid and therefore, uses electricity from both the solar panel system and the electrical grid. Because of this, a grid-tied solar system doesn’t have to meet all of the electricity demands of the home.

Hybrid Solar System

A grid-tied solar panel system is simply a solar energy system A hybrid system works by using solar PV power during the day – with excess power used to charge your batteries for later use at night. The hybrid solar unit is an additional inverter which takes your solar PV, mains, batteries and optional generator – combines and stabilises it all into one.

Diesel Hybrid Solar System

Solar hybrid systems are power systems that combine solar power from a photovoltaic system with another energy source. One of the most common hybrid systems being PV diesel hybrid system, coupling PV and diesel generators, also known as diesel gensets. The diesel generators are used to steadily fill in the gap between the load and the power generated by the PV system.

Off Grid Solar System

Solar hybrid systems are power systems that combine solar power from a photovoltaic system with another energy source. One of the most common hybrid systems being PV diesel hybrid system, coupling PV and diesel generators, also known as diesel gensets. The diesel generators are used to steadily fill in the gap between the load and the power generated by the PV system.

Management And Control

ENERGY MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL

Energy management and control refer to the strategies, technologies, and practices employed to monitor, optimize, and regulate energy consumption in various settings and environments.

The primary objectives of energy management and control are to improve energy efficiency, reduce energy costs, minimize waste, and contribute to environmental sustainability.

Effective energy management and control not only lead to cost savings but also contribute to reduced environmental impact and enhanced reputation for businesses and organizations.

The processes, optimize energy consumption, and increase operational efficiency.

DATA ACQUISITION

“Behind the meter” energy resource management refers to the optimization and control of
energy resources on the customer’s side of the utility meter.

In other words, it involves managing energy resources within a facility, building, or residence to improve energy
efficiency, reduce costs, and potentially contribute to the overall stability of the energy grid.

This approach focuses on managing energy consumption, generation, storage, and demand response strategies within the customer’s premises.

This approach also aligns with sustainability goals and supports a more decentralized and flexible energy grid.

Solar Projects Installation References

Solar energy is the most abundant source of energy on Earth, fueling the plants we use for food and fuel and powering the wind and weather in our skies.

Solar energy is a clean, pollution free and renewable source of energy. Development of this source of energy requires an accurate detailed long-term knowledge of the potential taking into account seasonal variations.

Here are a few examples of the projects we carried out.

JD Power offers back up installations using only quality products. For your peace of mind while saving on existing electricity consumption and monthly expences.
